Is my data really private?

What happens if I exceed the Core plan limits?
If you exceed the 500 requests per day limit on the Core plan, you’ll be prompted to upgrade to Pro for unlimited access. No data is lost or compromised during this process.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade from Core to Pro at any time. Pro subscribers can also downgrade to Core, though we recommend staying with Pro for the best experience.
Do you offer refunds?
CloakID Pro comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with the service, contact us for a full refund.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes! All new Pro subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.
How does the opt-in statistics dashboard work?
The Protection Statistics Dashboard is completely optional and disabled by default. You must explicitly opt-in to enable it. When enabled, it shows you anonymized, aggregated data about threats blocked and protection effectiveness. You can disable it at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
